Hi Debbie, the shutdown error generally occurs when the browser is closed abruptly.

If you turn off the computer without closing the running apps like Chrome, you will receive such an error. It’s always good to close the apps or programs before shutting down the computer.

If Chrome is auto-killing itself due to low resources, then you might need to check the RAM usage and run only the required apps to run the system smoothly.

Hi Cem, which browser is it? I don’t see this open in chrome browser. If you need to find out the usage of this icon, just hover over it with the mouse cursor and you will see the tooltip mentioning its function.
